Description: For those who have a basic understanding of printmaking this class will advance your skills and expand your excitement of the silkscreen medium. Together we will develop color separation layers on tracing paper and through registration techniques, each student will create 3 or 4 color images to print on a variety of papers and fabrics. Each student will create a signed, limited edition print and trade with other classmates. If you have ever wondered if silkscreen can be transparent, it can! What about printing with gloss?! On wood?! Come experiment and learn the versatility of silkscreening!
