Level 2 Certification continues where the basic Certification finished. Level 2 focuses on more advanced techniques in four compact projects. The workshop is open to those who have completed basic Certification in PMC (PMCConnection’s Level 1 or Rio Rewards) or Art Clay Silver.

Level 2 takes the student from the projects achieved in Level 1 to more complex projects. You’ll learn how to finish a piece to a true mirror finish; design & create a one of a kind clasp; adding 22K gold accent to your own work using gold paste; enamel a design of your choice; utilizing traditional fabrication techniques to set beautiful gemstones or freshwater pearls. The Level 2 techniques will provide you with a wider range of design options.

Projects are evaluated according to the care taken with design, joining, finishing, attention to detail, and the student’s understanding of the material covered in discussions.

ALL Materials needed to complete the projects are included in the certification fee. The Bench Fee covers classroom rental fee, consumables used during the course of the weekend, handouts and other materials.

Feel free to bring your favorite textures and/or tools, the Instructor will have tools and texture materials available that you'll be welcome to use - Please bring a sack lunch and some sort of eye magnification (even if you have good eyesight) to enable you to focus on the small details in the projects.
