Learn to make your own decorative Address Books, Photo Albums, or Scrapbooks. In this class, students will make 2 Stab Stitched books. You’ll learn to cover boards, fold signatures, and use a guide to make your holes. There are several variations of stitching to choose from; we’ll start with the simplest for your first book. Your second book will be your choice of stitching and will have a hinged cover. Japanese bindings are simple and elegant, yet easy to execute. All supplies you’ll need for this class are included in the materials fee, but if you have a favorite paper you’d like to use, please feel free to bring it.
